Yoruba Leaders Threaten Secession If Falae’s Abductors are Not Arrested

  • Attacks by Fulani herdsmen must stop, says Fani-Kayode

The recent abduction of one of the foremost Yoruba leaders and former-Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SFG), Chief Olu Falae, by suspected Fulani and herdsmen took a turn for the worse yesterday as prominent Yoruba leaders threaten secession from Nigeria.

Their grouse ranges from the unfortunate abduction of Falae to wanton destruction of his farmland to the need for a serious restructuring of Nigeria to reflect true federalism.
